Gardencup - Issue with order

I have received my old order and my new order. I did cancel my old order but keep getting 2 separate orders. I can't eat or afford 12 salads; how do I fix it?

Missing delivery

UPS left delivery in an open, unsecured place and it was taken. I contacted Garden Cup via email and I received an immediate reply and refund.

That is not the experience we want for our customers. I understand how frustrating this must be.

However, I do see that your order was delivered on 12/08 and our CS representative, Joven, took care of canceling your subscription as requested on 12/08. Unauthorized charge and no account

On the website it doesnt say that this is a weekly charge or that the price OSS going to double. I havent received any correspondence regarding upcoming salads, I havent picked any salads and when I try and login it says theres no account with this info so Im confused as to how you can pull $100 from my account but I dont have a membership or email on file with gardencup.

Ok, so, my credit card was jacked up. I had to use another card; therefore, I missed this week's delivery!!

It was my banks' fault...that pissed me off...ughh!! However, I'm on the right track for next week!!

I'm loving yalls salads!! Thanks from Texas!!

Delivery

This is concerning my recent order. I checked the website to see when my order was going to arrive, and it showed September 9th.

Because of that date, I didn't cancel my order. My order was delivered on 9/3, and I am out of town for work. My order will be sitting outside until 9/7. This is terrible.

Your product is very expensive for me, and now this happens. I can't find an order number anywhere.

We enjoyed what I ordered. Even my 9-year-old granddaughter ate it.

I just thought I did a one-time purchase to try it. Then, if we liked it, I would order more. So I was a little surprised when another order automatically came.

If we really like it, I will call for more. So far, we are very happy.

I called yesterday and spoke to two agents who checked my account and said they had nothing current on it that it had been closed which I did months ago. Yesterday I received an email saying that I had a delivery coming.

I was pretty shocked and I am out of town so the delivery will sit on my porch. I did check my bank account and found out there was a charge on my account for it.

Please correct this once and for all. It is pretty frustrating after I was on the phone so long yesterday.
